Numbers create clarity and show scope, responsibility, and results. These are things hiring managers are actively looking for.

Many candidates wait until they feel 100% qualified before applying. In reality, most hiring managers expect candidates to meet about 60–70% of the requirements.


If you wait until you check every box, you may be waiting forever, or missing roles you could absolutely succeed in. Remember: growth happens on the job, not before you apply.
