Notice Regarding Use of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision Tools

As part of our recruitment and hiring process, we use artificial intelligence (AI) and other automated decision-support tools to assist in the recruiting and hiring process to evaluate applicants for employment.

These tools may assist with: scheduling and conducting initial interviews, reviewing application-related information, evaluating qualifications and interview responses, and assessing job-related competencies.

The tools may consider information you provide during the application process, including interview responses, resumes, experience/work history, education, and skills.

AI-generated results are used to assist the hiring team and may influence employment decisions. Human review will also be involved in the hiring process.
