Tara Gerberich

Tara Gerberich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She began her career in property management, progressing from Property Manager to Senior Sales Executive, and later joined BGSF as Director of Sales. Tara then transitioned to Regional Sales Manager, where her exceptional performance led to promotions first to Strategic Accounts Manager, then Director of National Accounts, and most recently, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Tara is a dynamic, results-driven leader known for her ability to collaborate with teams to exceed revenue goals, expand market share, and revitalize underperforming accounts. Her high-energy approach shines in fostering long-term customer relationships through superior service and post-sale support. With expertise in marketing, trend analysis, demographics, and executive-level account management, Tara is a key catalyst in driving growth and success for both clients and teams.
