Tara Gerberich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was an active member of Zeta Tau Alpha. She began her career in property management, progressing from Property Manager to Senior Sales Executive, and later joined BGSF as Director of Sales. Tara then transitioned to the role of Regional Sales Manager, where her exceptional performance led to promotions, first to Strategic Accounts Manager and ultimately to Director of National Accounts.
