Kelly L. Thomas is an accomplished professional in property management and staffing solutions, with a strong educational foundation and a proven track record of success. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology.
Kelly began her career as a Leasing Agent and quickly advanced to Assistant Manager within a year while working in Charlotte, NC. In 2016, she joined BGSF as a Staffing Coordinator, where her dedication and expertise led to her promotion to Regional Operations Manager in 2018. In 2022, Kelly took on the role of Managing Director of Operations, overseeing the Carolinas and Texas markets.
In 2024, Kelly was promoted to Vice President of Delivery Operations, where she continues to drive operational excellence. She leverages her extensive experience in property management and staffing solutions to foster strong client relationships, enhance service delivery, and ensure consistent, high-quality results across multiple regions.
Currently residing in Charlotte, NC, Kelly remains a key leader at BGSF, committed to operational growth and providing exceptional service to clients and teams alike.
