As CIO, Nycole is amplifying her vision to design and implement consolidated systems across the business that will accelerate BGSF’s unique brand and proven organic growth strategy focused on new markets and new capabilities. Having been promoted in Q1 2023 from Vice President of Technology, she is excited to extend the digital transformation strategy she began with BGSF in 2019. At that time, she collaborated on a technology roadmap to create an efficient, central IT strategy supporting the firm’s dozens of locations.

Engaging her Vice President of Technology, Director of Technology, and their front-line teams, she continues to be excited to deliver on crucial change management goals shaping outcomes for operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and profitability.
Prior to her work with BGSF, Nycole initiated her career in the staffing industry with EmployBridge (Duluth, GA), the country’s largest industrial staffing firm, with 400+ locations nationally. Shifting her human resources and IT training experiences to focus on IT strategy, first as IT Manager and later as Director of Operations, she oversaw dozens of Leading Edge Delivery (LED) projects, guiding teams of 10+ to propel the organization’s scalability and efficiency across hundreds of locations and thousands of users.
A champion of principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Nycole intentionally seeks out diverse individuals to ensure a variety of perspectives are represented, appreciating that growth comes from pushing beyond comfort zones.
