Betsy Cunningham is the Vice President of Strategic Engagement at BGSF, bringing over 11 years of multifamily industry experience to her role. She began her career as a property manager and regional trainer with nationally recognized property management companies, building a strong foundation in on-site operations and training.

Since joining BGSF, Betsy has served in multiple leadership roles, including Director of Sales for the Charlotte market, Regional Sales Manager for several key territories, and Manager of Strategic Accounts for BGSF Multifamily. Her deep industry knowledge, relationship-driven approach, and passion for client success have made her a trusted partner and leader within the organization.
